Core Responsibilities Include:
- Drafting and negotiating under the supervision of a licensed attorney
- Maintaining awareness of incoming requests and contracts
- Assisting in managing the contract template bank
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Excellent tech skills, including G-suite applications, Slack, and Zoom
- Experience in software licensing for cloud-based providers
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Proficient understanding of Intellectual Property Law and Contract Law
- Comfortable understanding of data privacy and security issues
