Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Commercial Real Estate Loan Specialist in Conshohocken.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing service and administrative support to the commercial credit staff
  • Acting as a liaison between the credit department, sales, and loan operations
  • Working with the loan operations team to originate, process & review loan documentation to ensure accuracy of loan packages

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • AS - Associate of Sciences
  • 3+ years experience in commercial real estate loan processing, commercial lending support & commercial real estate loan documentation
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate loan and collateral documentation
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
