A commercial real estate services and investment firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Commercial Real Estate Services Strategic Sourcing Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing, planning, organizing, and implementing
  • Developing standardized systems and controls
  • Managing supplier/contractor certification process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • 5 years experience in procurement
  • Demonstrated experience
  • Experience in implementing e-procurement solutions
  • C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred
