Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Commercial Recruiting Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Own the full life cycle recruitment for a select requisition portfolio
• Provide guidance and mentorship for commercial recruiters
• Drive efficiencies with an eye for scale; leverage metrics, process, and technology

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in people and process management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience leading recruitment searches from inception to close
• Analytical, with a data driven approach to recruiting
• Experience with structured recruiting methodologies
• Experience as a partner and trusted advisor to recruiters, hiring managers, hiring teams and candidates
