A building company is seeking a Remote Commercial Roofing Project Manager in Omaha.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing multiple projects from pre-construction meetings to completion
- Managing and monitoring all project costs to meet budgetary guidelines
- Recruiting, training, managing, and evaluating staff
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel, with a good driving record
- 7+ years leading multiple Commercial Roofing projects
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Proven success at managing multiple projects and budgets in an efficient manner
