An insurance and settlement service provider has a current position open for a Remote Commercial Title Examiner in Salt Lake City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Performing title examination and examines the chain of title for a wide range of title orders
• Abstracting and analyzing records
• Preparing initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years directly related experience
• Proficient with company operating systems
• Standard MS skill set
• Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem solving skills
