Job Summary
A privately-held healthcare information technology and software company is seeking a Remote Commissions Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Calculating and maintaining monthly and quarterly commission cycles in Excel for multiple plans and different roles across the organization
- Supporting the preparation and issuance of Compensation Plan documents for our sales employees
- Reviewing and reconciling reports in Salesforce.com, Intaact, Workday to commission reports
Qualifications for this position include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another quantitative subject
- 3+ years of work experience in a Financial Planning or Commissions Role
- Prior experience working with complex commissions structures, plan building and sales support
- Ability to collaborate, interact, and be comfortable communicating at all levels across the organization
- Ability to be involved in the periodic planning of compensation policy for current and newly promoted sales employees
- Ability to review and update commission model in financial systems
