Job Summary

A utility consultancy is in need of a Remote Communications and Systems Specialist Customer Success Associate.

Must be able to:

  • Maintain and expand customer journey maps and CX documentation
  • Support development and delivery of content at critical customer journey milestones
  • Support Customer Success communications

Required Skills:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years experience in customer success, communications, content development, analytics, or similar
  • Eye for design and strong proficiency in design tools, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Strong proficiency in video creation tools, such as Loom, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot (subject matter expert)
  • Experience with a CRM software
