Job Summary

An enterprise communications company is seeking a Remote Communications Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Discount request (NST) creation to ensure correct deal details and forecasting
  • Quote creation to ensure correct bill of materials
  • Support Sales with customer satisfaction requests and project check-ins

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of customer service or sales support experience
  • Strong customer service mindset for both internal and external customers
  • Experience with data management and reporting
  • Ability to share best practices and continually improve processes
  • Knowledge of CRM software
