Job Summary
A nonprofit company is in need of a Remote Communications Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring news and current events, while tracking new trends and opportunities in communications
- Producing high quality print and digital communications assets
- Planning, managing, and executing a year-round communications plan
Position Requirements Include:
- May involve up to 10% travel
- A minimum of 4 years experience in advocacy communications, public relations, or media relations
- Proficient writing skills with an ability to take complex issues and adapt the organization's voice
- Proficiency in developing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be able to work & supervise remotely and/or in an office environment
- Able to utilize project management systems to assign tasks and track progress
