Job Summary
An information technology solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Communications Presales Solutions Architect.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing technical support in sales calls and solution presentations
- Translating customer business objectives and requirements into solutions
- Responding to customer questions and objections on technical issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel requirements, up to 40%
- 5+ years of on-the-job experience with enterprise-level, cloud-based systems
- 2+ years of implementation experience with Salesforce.com
- BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in the communications industry
- Experience interacting with C-level and key enterprise stakeholders in an advisory capacity
