A communications software company has an open position for a Remote Communications Software Customer Success Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Contribute to growing support channels like online community forums and help center documentation
- Interfacing directly with consumers via messaging, Zoom, and email
- Help customers implement and troubleshoot our various integrations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years experience in technical customer support, support engineering
- Analytical mindset - have the ability to use data to make decisions and make an 80/20 impact
- Experience with CRM and comparable SaaS products with API integrations
- Bachelor's degree
