Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Communications Technology Service Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring the company culture is supported by customer-focused service processes
  • Managing and maintaining the customer relationship
  • Establishing and adhering to service management policies and processes

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel, at times on short notice, Travel 10%
  • Strong experience working with multiple project management teams
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in post-sales customer service management
  • BS in Business, Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and PC based applications
  • Strong presentation skills
