Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Communications Technology Service Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring the company culture is supported by customer-focused service processes
- Managing and maintaining the customer relationship
- Establishing and adhering to service management policies and processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel, at times on short notice, Travel 10%
- Strong experience working with multiple project management teams
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in post-sales customer service management
- BS in Business, Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and PC based applications
- Strong presentation skills
