Job Summary

A communications firm has a current position open for a Remote Communications Traffic Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Reviewing current and future timelines and job statuses with the creative director
Creating a schedule for new jobs, and assign those tasks using a trafficking process/workflow
Distributing assignments to creative teams and individual editors

Required Skills:

A minimum of 2-3 years prior experience in an agency setting
Sharp interpersonal and communications skills, verbally and in writing
Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field of advertising, marketing
Equivalent experience in the communications field
Proficient in traffic management software or project management tools
Proactive thinker that brings new ideas to the table
