Job Summary

A communications firm has a current position open for a Remote Communications Traffic Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing current and future timelines and job statuses with the creative director
  • Creating a schedule for new jobs, and assign those tasks using a trafficking process/workflow
  • Distributing assignments to creative teams and individual editors

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years prior experience in an agency setting
  • Sharp interpersonal and communications skills, verbally and in writing
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field of advertising, marketing
  • Equivalent experience in the communications field
  • Proficient in traffic management software or project management tools
  • Proactive thinker that brings new ideas to the table
