Job Summary
A global social networking company is filling a position for a Remote Community and Impact Partnerships Program Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and build the strategy to grow program ops support in scaling partner programs
- Identify opportunities in driving operational excellence for partner programs
- Develop and improve internal processes, including the latest company-wide legal and privacy requirements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in launching and operationalizing multiple partner programs
- 8+ years of experience in Program Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or Consulting
- Proven success in implementing operational processes and systems in complex environments
- Demonstrated track record of delivering business value through process improvement in the technology space
- Experience structuring analysis on impact and deliver executive communication
