Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Community Assistance Open Source Team Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing support to open-source users including users with development / engineering backgrounds
  • Working with internal and external engineers to identify, replicate, correct, and create PRs for review and merging

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1+ yrs of experience in DevOps, Network Engineer, QA, Data Engineering or similar
  • 3+ years as Operations admin, L2/L3 Technical Support, or similar roles
  • Experience working closely with Engineering / Developer teams and/or Engineering/Developer customers
