Job Summary

A non-profit online network created to support progressive candidates needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Community Head.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee high-level strategy for organizing and mobilizing efforts, including digital and distributed organizing programs
• Develop programs and initiatives for long-time volunteer leaders, affiliated groups, and first time, late stage volunteer audiences
• Create and coordinate exciting cross-functional campaigns and initiatives to grow the organization's organizing community

Qualifications for this position include:

• Experience running successful organizing programs, preferably with strong digital and distributed organizing experience
• Passion for working with volunteers and building innovative, creative organizing programs
• Experience with distributed organizing, relational, and other creative organizing tools
• Familiar with data tracking, reporting, CRM platforms, and analysis; experience with product development a plus
• Experience with staff management and project management
