* We're looking for an experienced Community Manager to support the members of community, while working with Product Delivery Manager to create and implement an overall community marketing strategy. This includes coming up with new ideas and content to support our students, so they have everything they need to hit their goals.


Results (Expected Accomplishments)

* Provide top-notch support for our students and subscribers and motivate them when they feel stuck
* Increasing student retention by preemptively providing resources that help people get unstuck and always lead with compassion and understanding (in Aarin's voice)
* Relay feedback and findings from our community back to the appropriate teams so we can improve the student experience
* Increase brand loyalty and advocacy through meaningful conversations
* Help increase student satisfaction, retention, resale, and referral
* Help decrease refund rates, credit card declines, and customer service tickets
* Support the Product Delivery Team by guiding students to the right resources inside our learning portal so they are empowered to complete our programs
* Support the Customer Service Team by guiding our community to the right resources so they don't feel stuck
* Support the Online Marketing Team by promoting our products
* Support the Product Launch Team by guiding people to a sale
* Maintain a positive brand reputation online and a positive vide in our student communities
* Collect case studies, testimonials, and consistently document and promote specific wins our community is having
* Exceed all Community KPI's


Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)

* Moderate several live coaching calls per day via Zoom
* Moderate all discussions in our paid Facebook Groups, free Facebook Groups, and social media platforms
* Reply to all social media platforms including Facebook Ad Comments, Facebook * Page Comments, private messages, Instagram Comments + DM's, YouTube comments, and LinkedIn comments
* Capture screenshots of positive Testimonials
* Delete SPAM comments wherever they are posted
* Work with our Product Delivery Manager to Promote our backend products and help students to implement our products successfully
* Work with our Online Marketing Manager to promote our frontend products and help potential students to onboard successfully
* Work with our Launch Manager to support all of our product launches
* Work with our Partnerships Manager to conduct contests, promotions, and incentives to boost referral sales
* Assist our Referral Program Partners and help train them to promote our products
* Create videos (both on-camera and screen-shares) to help support our community whenever needed
* Assist in the creation of solutions and implementation of new ideas for issues and broken processes based on customer feedback
* Stay up-to-date with changes in our internal processes, sales funnels, marketing copy, and other company news to anticipate problems and keep support on brand.
* Help identify and track relevant metrics related to quality control, customer satisfaction, refunds, and more
* Report any change in student sentiment, content suggestions, or customer feedback to the proper team member
* Help our Service Team by replying to email tickets, if needed
* Help our Service Team by replying to live chat messages, if needed


Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

* You are an experienced Community Manager and know how to moderate a Facebook Group backwards and forwards
* You will graduate from our Academy with flying colors
* You are brilliant on camera and have a camera-ready space to film
* You love people and truly care about their success
* Your communication style is clear, positive, and helpful
* You don't shy away from doing whatever it takes to ensure the members of our community feel heard, encouraged, and supported
* You come to the table with your own ideas and insight from day 1 and aren't afraid to take initiative to get results
* You are committed to continually learning, improving, and refining our community-building processes
* Due to the nature of the 24/7 marketing cycle in the online marketing world, the tasks required in this role will rarely, if ever, fit into a typical 9-5 workweek. However, there is plenty of freedom and flexibility to take care of personal tasks as well as carving out time to recharge as necessary.
* During launch periods (typically a maximum of two weeks at a time), the whole team goes into the all-hands-on-deck mode. This means evenings and weekends until the job is done, and it may even mean doing tasks that aren't normally contained within the job description of this role. For many, this can be some of the most challenging and rewarding work that we do.
* You have experience supporting online courses, coaching programs, or products
* You love marketing, sales, and promotions
* You have experience being on a remote team in a startup or tech environment
* You are extremely organized, delight in the details, and you don't let little things slip through the cracks
* You're extremely tech-savvy
* You're an effective communicator, especially in writing
* Your grammar and writing skills are top-notch
* You make it your mission to find ways to make other people happy
* You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment
* Your personal and professional relationships are incredibly important to you and you find great value in staying connected
* You're familiar with social media marketing and Facebook Group Management
* You are familiar with Kajabi, Samcart, Active Campaign, Asana, Process St., Helpscout, AgoraPulse, and many other tech tools
* You're creative, design-focused, and stay on-brand
* You would never utter the words That's not my job - instead you always jump in to help, no matter what
