Job Summary

Do you love helping students succeed? We're looking for a rock star Community Manager to help our online course students start on the right track and get massive results - so they can't wait to enroll in more of our programs after graduation!

Results (Expected Accomplishments)

Orient new students into the online course that they purchased
Help coaches by moderating their group coaching calls daily via Zoom
Run and moderate our paid Facebook Groups
Check-in with students periodically to help increase course completion rates via Zoom, Social Media, and HelpScout
Help ascend graduating students into our advanced online learning programs
Develop our referral partnership program and educate partners to increase referrals
Help exceed student success KPI's
Help secure testimonials from successful students for the Marketing Team
Celebrate student wins

Responsibilities (Tasks associated with the Role)

Assist Delivery Director
Moderate live group coaching calls to ensure flawless delivery of our course and membership products
Be a face of our brand by filming promotional videos, social media videos, and daily coaching calls
Assist other Course Coaches in serving our community and fill in for other coaches when they are out of the office
Monitor all posts in our Facebook Groups to identify and solve common questions
Gain a strong understanding of what students need and why they get stuck
Help develop future curriculum for masterclasses and workshops
Help create solutions and new ideas for issues and broken processes based on student feedback
Identify and celebrate rockstars within our community
Attend live events to sell our ascension programs in person
Stay up-to-date on industry news that affects our training programs
Gather testimonials and feedback and submit them to the proper marketing team member
Help enforce company guidelines and policies, both internally and externally
Report any change in sentiment, content suggestions, or student feedback to the proper Delivery Team Member
Communicate with the Customer Service Team when you (or our Members) have account issues or technical issues

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

You will graduate from our Community Influencer Academy within 6 weeks
You will review all of the training inside the Community Influencer Academy Plus program (including new training when they are delivered weekly)
You're comfortable on camera and have a quiet, professional space to conduct daily video calls on Zoom
You love teaching and coaching students to success
You love selling information products
You are coachable
You're extremely tech-savvy
You have experience planning and leading online communities
You are familiar with Social Media, SEO, Facebook Ads, Video Marketing, and all of the other tech tools taught in our program
You're creative, design-focused, and stay on-brand
You love people and truly care about their success
You are extremely organized, delight in the details, and don't let little things slip through the cracks
You make it your mission to find ways to make other people happy
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment
Due to the nature of the 24/7 marketing cycle in the online marketing world, the tasks required in this role will rarely, if ever, fit into a typical 9-5 workweek. However, there is plenty of freedom and flexibility to take care of personal tasks as well as carving out time to recharge as necessary.
During launch periods (typically a maximum of two weeks at a time), the whole team goes into the all-hands-on-deck mode. This means evenings and weekends until the job is done, and it may even mean doing tasks that aren't normally contained within the job description of this role. For many, this can be some of the most challenging and rewarding work that we do.

Requirements (Tech)

You have a well-lit designated workspace facing a wall (background distractions aren't fun)
You have a sturdy high-resolution camera (you'll need this to look fab on those coaching calls)
You have a high-def microphone (you'll want to sound your best when speaking to the students)
You have a 4k resolution screen (to capture the BEST testimonials)
