Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Community Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive Community adoption and engagement
  • Implement and drive strategies that engage our customers
  • Drive adoption of Community initiatives among the field organization

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2-4 years of demonstrated success as a community manager in a similar, community-building role
  • Be passionate about technology and cloud solutions in particular
  • Working experience with Community platforms
  • Working experience with basic and advanced community functionality and UI
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce / CRM systems
