Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Community Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive Community adoption and engagement
- Implement and drive strategies that engage our customers
- Drive adoption of Community initiatives among the field organization
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-4 years of demonstrated success as a community manager in a similar, community-building role
- Be passionate about technology and cloud solutions in particular
- Working experience with Community platforms
- Working experience with basic and advanced community functionality and UI
- Working knowledge of Salesforce / CRM systems
