A non-profit organization that works to improve educational equality is filling a position for a Remote Community Organizing Blended Learning Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing a blended learning framework
• Promoting and Developing pre- and post-training engagement strategies
• Providing program facilitation

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of relevant professional experience
• 2+ years of experience with instructional design or developing/managing a virtual blended learning platform
• Experience in creating content with strong visual appeal and engaging aesthetics
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, track, and manage workflow
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn technical systems
