Job Summary

A digital customer engagement services company has a current position open for a Remote Community Support Associate.

Must be able to:

  • Answer tech support and customer service questions via email and chat
  • Identify recurring customer issues, help solve them, and escalate them to others for review
  • Write customer response templates and online help documentation
