A company that provides a software platform for machine data has a current position open for a Remote Compensation Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating global compensation salary and equity structures
- Addressing compensation issues
- Developing and implementing effective solutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years compensation experience
- Experience Building salary and equity ranges
- Strong Excel skills including using advanced features (pivot tables, look-ups, macros a plus)
- Understanding of FLSA and other compensation legislated requirements
