Job Summary
A retail company is in need of a Remote Compensation Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Assist with the design and delivery of the executive incentive plans
- Support long term incentive metrics results report and payout calculation
- Partner with Equity Administrator on the long-term incentive plan grants and vestings
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree with relevant major
- Minimum of 2+ years compensation experience
- Prefers exposure to executive compensation experience
- Knowledge of executive remuneration and equity/incentive plan structures and reporting preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
