Job Summary
A supplier of ethically-sourced food is filling a position for a Remote Compensation Analyst .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring the timely and effective administration of ongoing compensation programs
- Building strong partnerships with the Talent business partners, Talent Acquisition and the entire Talent team, and cross-functional teams as well as our 3rd party vendors
- Providing relevant payroll, financial, market pay data and legal analysis and insights
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in compensation, business, finance or math
- Ability to work in a virtual environment and collaborate remotely
- Strong project management skills
