Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Compensation Analyst II in Conshohocken.
Must be able to:
- Create new jobs, and determine FLSA exemption status
- Benchmark jobs using external market and internal valuation technique
- Complete salary surveys and analyze base salary structures annually
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA - Bachelor of Arts
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Access and MS Word
- Minimum three years recent Compensation experience required
- Experience in large organization, with multi-state presence
