Job Summary
A provider of business process and information technology outsourcing is in need of a Remote Compensation and Benefits Analyst Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures
- Develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures
- Ensure all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a compensation and benefits analyst/manager or related
- Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation
- Experience with benefit renewals, underwriting, utilization patterns, wellness initiatives
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, and compensation management software
- Knowledge of market benchmarking, building base pay and compensation packages and bonus programs
