Job Summary
A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Compensation Consultant in Birmingham.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting requirement gathering sessions with clients
- Designing and implementing client’s variable compensation plans
- Researching compensation related issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related
- 3+ years of experience in compensation design and administration
- 2+ years of experience working with a Management applications
- Creative and proactive problem-solving skills
