Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Compensation Financial Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, implementing and administering sales compensation programs and initiatives
  • Providing advice and guidance to Advisors Field Leadership teams and individual advisors
  • Analyzing quarterly field management and advisor compensation results to identify trends or concerns

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Strong financial, analytical, and technical skills
  • Conceptual thinking and the ability to problem solve
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with colleagues of all levels, including senior leaders
  • Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience with advisor compensation plans and/or financial modeling and analytics
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to set plans and prioritize
