Job Summary
A publishing company is seeking a Remote Compensation Total Rewards Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Recommending, developing, implementing and administering the job pricing policy
- Administering all aspects of base and variable pay programs
- Building and maintaining pay structures and associated job grades
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel for key team gatherings
- Proficiency in compensation and Total Rewards knowledge
- Proficiency in employment and wage and hour law
- Technically adept able to work with multiple Microsoft applications and HRIS experience
- Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in base and variable pay compensation
