Job Summary

A publishing company is seeking a Remote Compensation Total Rewards Partner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Recommending, developing, implementing and administering the job pricing policy
  • Administering all aspects of base and variable pay programs
  • Building and maintaining pay structures and associated job grades

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel for key team gatherings
  • Proficiency in compensation and Total Rewards knowledge
  • Proficiency in employment and wage and hour law
  • Technically adept able to work with multiple Microsoft applications and HRIS experience
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in base and variable pay compensation
