Job Summary

A regionally accredited, private, co-educational academic institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Competency Based Education Instructor Professor Program Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Monitoring curricula to insure uniform delivery and consistency within courses
Developing and implementing courses for the Competency-Based Education EdD program
Managing the recruitment, selection, training, evaluation, retention, and success of full-time and adjunct faculty

Skills and Requirements Include:

Prior experience working with competency-based education programs
Doctor of Education (EdD)
Ability to develop courses in a CBE format
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3 years direct supervisory experience in an academic institution
Substantial experience with learning management systems
