A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Complex Litigation Paralegal in Los Angeles.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Support a trial attorney with trial prep, discovery, exhibits, client liaising, and case management
• Handle complex litigation matters in state and federal courts

Required Skills:

• Onboarding remotely then onsite once stay at home orders are lifted
• Comfortable with cases going to trial
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of Discovery
• Trial preparation experience
• Capability to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
