A mental and behavioral healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Compliance and Benefits Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the process to onboard and offboard employees from benefits
  • Creating and distributing monthly benefits newsletters
  • Responding to benefits related tickets

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS, compensation, benefits, payroll, federal and state employment laws
  • Proven success to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support
  • Credible SME
  • Proficiency in Excel including working knowledge of Macros and Pivot Tables
