A mental and behavioral healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Compliance and Benefits Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the process to onboard and offboard employees from benefits
- Creating and distributing monthly benefits newsletters
- Responding to benefits related tickets
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5 years experience in benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, compensation, benefits, payroll, federal and state employment laws
- Proven success to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support
- Credible SME
- Proficiency in Excel including working knowledge of Macros and Pivot Tables
