Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Compliance and HRIS People Team Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Performing I-9 audits
  • Managing ongoing workforce policy updates
  • Serving as HRIS point-of-contact for custom reporting configurations and HRIS data needs

Qualifications Include:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3-5 years experience working in HR, particularly with HRIS, compliance, benefits or compensation
  • Experience with HRIS platforms
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing work environment
