Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Compliance Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and sharing best practices with team members
  • Owning and managing objections
  • Identifying the risk of churn and poor adoption

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel up to 25%
  • Mastery of Compliance frameworks
  • Effective at leading client meetings, providing project details
  • Strong understanding of the Compliance space
  • 4+ years of experience with the Compliance and Regulatory frameworks
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Support roles
