Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Compliance Privacy Associate Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert in U.S. federal and state privacy laws and regulations
Support the regular development and review of privacy policies and procedures
Manage the Privacy email inbox, including tracking and addressing inquiries

Skills and Requirements Include:

Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s degree in healthcare or related field, or Juris Doctor
Privacy certification
5 - 8 years of professional experience in privacy, specifically including HIPAA/HITECH
Thorough understanding of U.S. federal and state privacy laws and regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
