Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Compliance Privacy Associate Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in U.S. federal and state privacy laws and regulations
  • Support the regular development and review of privacy policies and procedures
  • Manage the Privacy email inbox, including tracking and addressing inquiries

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Master’s degree in healthcare or related field, or Juris Doctor
  • Privacy certification
  • 5 - 8 years of professional experience in privacy, specifically including HIPAA/HITECH
  • Thorough understanding of U.S. federal and state privacy laws and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
