Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Compliance State Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Resolving customer/Monitor compliance questions
  • Accurately executing all monthly/yearly compliance reporting
  • Assisting with high-level reporting & compliance related questions

Qualifications Include:

  • Strong verbal (both in person and phone) and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Computer skills required
  • 2+ years experience within the Compliance Department
  • Experience processing complex transactions and performing extensive research
  • Ability to analyze account documentation and device usage/history
