Job Summary
A title and escrow provider has a current position open for a Remote Compliance Testing and Monitoring Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct technical testing of title and settlement fees, forms, and files to ensure correct handling and resolution
- Analyze data and provide feedback to technical teams to improve the data availability and quality for testing
- Build spreadsheet based or other efficient processes for testing high volume of files for compliance with required rates, fees, settlement time frames, and other key performance indicators
Qualifications for this position include:
- Education Bachelors Degree in Finance
- Related Work Experience: Quantitatively based analytics discipline; user acceptance or other technical testing; internal audit; OR scenario testing
- Positive attitude to work
