Job Summary

A medication management solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Component Engineer IV.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Driving the processes to ensure the preferred sourcing, selection and qualification of components throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Investigating alternate component technologies or suppliers, reducing cost and improving quality and reliability
• Serving as the component technology owner for manufacturing and supports Commodity Management to ensure supply chain can support the NPI product roadmap

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects / initiatives, drive deliverables in highly matrixed organization
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex supply chain optimization projects through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, global geographies and x-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset and skills to identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Associates with 10 years of relevant engineering experience to include componen
• A minimum of 8 years relevant engineering work experience to include componen
• Well-developed x-functional program management with strong verbal and written communication skills
