Job Summary
A national nonprofit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Computer Science Program Design Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Cultivating and managing strong working relationships with CS curriculum and PD partners
- Creating design models and templates for K-12 CS curricula
- Developing K-12 design models and protocols that could be applied across disciplines
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel up to 25%
- Bachelor’s with a Master’s preferred in Education, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 3 years of teaching experience along with 3+ years of proven experience designing curricula for K-8 or 9-12 teachers
- Tapped into the national CS landscape
- Deep understanding of student learning and skill progressions in CS
