Job Summary
A car insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Construction Defect Litigation Claims Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Analyze coverage, make appropriate coverage determination and accurately convey company’s coverage position
- Identify all exposures, establish accurate and timely reserves and monitor those reserves
- Direct the investigation and settlement of claims, both litigated and non-litigated
Position Requirements Include:
- May involve multiple coverage issues and some travel
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience handling Construction Defect claims
- Maintain adjuster licenses in multiple jurisdictions where applicable
- Professional oral and written communication skills are critical to the success of this position
- Must be able to collaborate and develop strong team relationships with associates
- All other requirements necessary for this position
