Job Summary
A business services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Construction Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading all aspects of communication and coordination between clients and teams
- Developing and delegating tasks within internal project and facility management team
- Interfacing and having deep understanding of client relations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Lead on-site construction management activity
- Deep knowledge of cost estimates for build-out projects
- Knowledge of labor, supplies and materials
- Ability to assist in preparation of estimates with project team
- Ability to analyze competitive bids and perform subcontractor interviews
