Job Summary

A digital software company has an open position for a Remote Consulting Delivery Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Managing, recruiting, mentoring, and professionally developing a team
  • Ensuring customer success through excellence in consulting delivery
  • Managing team performance to meet and exceed targets around: customer satisfaction, billable utilization, consulting revenue and margin

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 35%
  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline of the technical industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Background in software implementation consulting required
  • In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing and Cross Channel Campaign Management required
  • Minimum of 5-years experience leading Consulting teams
