Job Summary

A digital banking company has an open position for a Remote Consumer Complaints and Marketing Compliance Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Review complaints and complaint responses
  • Monitor and analyze complaints to understand trends
  • Provide insights into process improvements, enhancements, and policy changes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of increasing experience in bank regulatory programs and review of complaints and Reg E/Reg Z disputes
  • Solid communication skills
  • Strong background in the second line of defense risk management organization
  • Proven ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills
  • Ability to problem-solve, review and analyze data
