A manufacturing company has an open position for a Remote Consumer Concierge Coordinator in Dalton.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Greet consumers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
- Maintain documentation of consumer relationship in CRM tool, Salesforce.
- Leverage resources to complete work efficiently
Position Requirements Include:
- 1 year min of customer service experience, preferably direct consumer experience
- Proven ability to set and achieve performance goals
- Proven social confidence and ability to inspire confidence in others, and make people feel at ease
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and subject matter
- Excellent telephone, email, chat, and social media skills
