Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Consumer Experience Business Intelligence Senior Professional.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Optimizing and analyzing data to uncover insights and creating story driven visualization and reporting
• Developing and distributing operational and executive level reporting
• Using data to advise and influence department’s strategy and approach

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 3 or more years of proven experience in data analysis
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Advanced Experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
• Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
• Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experience
