A retail company has an open position for a Remote Consumer Goods Customer Care Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to existing and new customers across all channels
• Learning to navigate multiple internal software systems
• Learning product front to back to efficiently help customers

Qualifications Include:

• Must love the details of your work, and work dutifully to ensure tasks are complete and accurate
• Exceptional at whatever he or she does and proactively seeks to solve puzzles and find solutions
• Is a quick learner, a team player, and can work independently
• Has a minimum typing speed of 60 WPM
