Job Summary

A life insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Consumer Growth Product Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Create a clear and compelling medium and long-term vision for driving growth
• Hire, coach, and manage a team of technical product managers
• Lead cross functional teams

Qualifications Include:

• 8+ years of experience across product management, engineering, design, analytics or growth
• At least two years of experience in managing a team of product managers
• At least two years of experience owning the growth of a consumer product
• A strong understanding of current product best-practice
• A deep understanding of customer needs
• A solid design and technical understanding
