Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Consumer Loan Underwriter 4 in Denver.
Must be able to:
- Review, analyze, approve and underwriting difficult, complex individual consumer requests
- Review financial statements, credit reports, and applicable ratios
- Prepare formal reports for review to ensure that documents are consistent
Position Requirements Include:
- Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008
- 5+ years underwriting experience
- May act as backup in absence of Supervisor
- Has exception authority
