Job Summary
A consumer products company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Consumer products Customer Service Representative I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting customers with warranties while preventing customer escalations
- Acting as a brand ambassador for company products
- Utilizing an understanding of our products and customer needs to recommend additional products when applicable
Position Requirements Include:
- Accepting Applications until 8:00 AM (MDT) on Monday, June 14th
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Clearly communicate issues with manager, phone supervisors support and peers as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
